IMPORTANT UPDATE (10/10/25): The star-studded, highly anticipated concert slated to take place Sunday, October 12, at Independence Mall is being relocated indoors. The concert, hosted by Rob Riggle and featuring performances by the iconic Patti Labelle, Justin Guarini, Rhonda Vincent, along with The U.S. Navy Band, The Commandant's Own Marine Drum & Bugle Corps, and others, has been moved due to the expected weather event. Due to the forecasted high winds and rain, event organizers have determined, for the safety of the performers and audience members, that the concert will take place at Temple University’s Performing Arts Center. The public is encouraged to enjoy the concert via livestream at 6abc.com or on C-SPAN.
