Following the picnic, attendees are invited to stay for a star-studded patriotic concert onIndependence Mall starting at 6 p.m. The “Victory at Sea” Concert will feature various performances, including a performance from the United States Navy Band. The concert will be followed by an aerial sound and light show. Free and open to the public.
